Healthy Routine - Nutritions

i havent been sleeping well lately, so i believe its time to look into this matter as quality sleep and rest is very important to our body and it effected our overall well being.
since there are 6 biji left of my Rilax, i decided to take them continously 6 days to complete the course and see if it really could help, if it does, might consider getting a box and continue the routine. i used to take Rilax but occasionally, guess that's the reason why i did not get the maximum benefit from this Lactium Supplement.

im not a very health cautious person but i do care a lot on my supplement intake. i have a simple routine daily that i'll take Spirulina Tablets every day before breakfast and after dinner.

This alkaline seaweed can be readily digested and easily assimilated by the human body. It is an ideal food supplement for achieving good health and energy.

Vitamin C 1000mg Acid Free every morning after breakfast.

Vitamin C is a water-soluble essential nutrient that must be obtained from the diet or from supplements because the body cannot manufacture it. It is a sensitive nutrient that can be easily destroyed by heat and improper handling of food. so now i have enough for the morning, its time to look into getting some good nights sleep...will give Rilax and second try and we'll see how it goes =)

p/s: cuz its really poor thing when insomnia strikes and when you sleep but did not get rest at all~
