healthy regimen (getting there!)

had our usual girls night out last nite @ Mc D, which Mc D? where else, our all time favourite spot -->Bangsar. there goes Emily's plan on 'dinner below 5 bucks spending' fast foods are not cheap yea dear.
had our usual talk more, eat less sessions...Lisa left early for Quottro, Emily and i stayed til 12am which is a big no-no as we have to drive ourselves home alone but we just have that much to talk til we forgot time flies.
its day off again. i should be lazing at home, staying in bed and enjoying air cond but instead, i went back to club to have a gym session with Mona and Naquinn.
oh boy, it was really like a personal training session by Quinn as she taught us a lot from warm up to cardio to weight training, stretching, postures etc etc etc. i can feel that i was using parts of my body which has been asleep for so long! of course lazy bumb with poor stamina like me will take more lessons to build stronger stamina but i believe if i were to do this regularly, it'll definitely be benificial to my overall well being!
thats 'Chin-up' weight training mahcine and it takes up a lot strength to complete each movement, there are more machines besides this, will definitely need more time to get adapt to it...interesting, i should make good use of my work place yeah. since im working so hard and stressful i really shall not forget my health.

wish i dont get muscle pain so badly tomorrow!
